Donald H. Yee

Donald H. Yee is a graduate of UCLA and the University of Virginia School of Law. He has represented a wide array of sports and entertainment personalities throughout his career, as well as counseled a diverse group of owners, leagues and sports business companies. Don is a frequent speaker on sports related issues and is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Southern California Law School and a Visiting Professor of Law at his alma mater, the University of Virginia School of Law. He also has served on the boards of numerous sports industry organizations.

Shantal Lamelas

Shantal Lamelas is a graduate of UCLA and Cal State Long Beach. With a M.A. in Sports Management and having worked in professional sports, Shantal has experience and expertise in corporate sponsorships, contract negotiations, marketing, event management, athlete branding, social media and client services. She directly consults with clients on a wide range of projects designed to expand their off-field and post-career business and creative opportunities.

Stephen L. Dubin

Stephen L. Dubin is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Loyola University Law School. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he has an extensive and unique background in law, advertising, promotions and marketing. Steve has significant experience and expertise in the area of individual endorsements and licensing arrangements.

Juan Lozano

A native Southern Californian, Juan has experience working in law and marketing. He possesses first-hand knowledge of the collegiate athletic landscape as a result of having worked for various FBS and FCS college football programs throughout the years. Juan works exclusively in the Coaches Division of Yee & Dubin Sports, LLC.

Carter K.F. Chow

Carter K.F. Chow is a graduate of BYU and the Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. In addition to advising clients on various corporate and securities-related transactions while at a New York law firm, Carter has experience working with both professional sports teams and leagues as he has worked for the Houston Texans and as legal counsel for the Arena Football League.

Sean Baik

Sean Baik, President, Golf – Asia Region. Sean is a graduate of the University of California at Riverside and the Yonsei University with degrees in business management. Sean has vast experience in managing Professional Golfers, operating professional golf tournaments, and attracting sponsorships to Golf tournaments and leagues. With his unique background of living abroad in an Asian country, Sean has expertise in marketing and branding Asian Golfers and operating professional golf tournaments in Asian countries.
